Communication4All: http://www.communication4all.co.uk/HomePage.htm A website full of free resources created for SEN Education by Bev Evans, who sadly passed away earlier this year, but the site is continuing as a tribute to her.
TopMarks: http://www.topmarks.co.uk/ Plenty of whiteboard resources and interactive games and resources for parents
Studyzone: http://www.studyzone.tv/ A free to register site dedicated to maths lessons with objectives and some games as well
Teaching Ideas: http://www.teachingideas.co.uk/ Free downloadable lesson plans, ideas, activities and resources
Primary Treasure Chest: http://www.primarytreasurechest.com/ All kinds of free resources and themed lettering
Sparklebox: http://www.sparklebox.co.uk/ Somewhat contraversial given the director, but still a site with 1000s of free resources
Nrich: http://nrich.maths.org/frontpage Offers plenty of ideas for rich mathematics
